Mission Complete!

 I am the proud new owner of a vintage Polaroid One Step Flash Instant Camera! I found this beaut at a garage sale in the 'burbs of Minneapolis this morning for a bargain. I am extremely excited to start snapping precious moments with this bad boy. The hardest thing about having this camera is trying to find the film. Hello ebay bidding *sigh* 

What I love about the idea of this camera is that it makes only one print. Something about there only being one copy, one print of the moments makes it seem a little more special to me.

This weekend Jacob and I headed up to this cabin to enjoy the summer sun and have a little getaway from the city. :) We had a fantastic time with some beautiful weather. I love summertime <3

Rewind.

I cannot believe it's already August. Where did the summer go?! I have been back from New Zealand now for almost two months- which is crazy to think about! Part of me feels like I was just there, and part of me feels like it's been years since I lived that crazy, beautiful, spontaneous life down under. I miss it dearly. At the time I may not have fully understood exactly what an amazing adventure I was on, but now, looking back I can't help but smile and also get a knot in my stomach thinking back to those 4 months.
