It will be alright again.

Classes are practically nonexistent this week,
but oddly there is still so much to do before break.
Attempting to be productive all day turned into watching Casper with Kell followed by a nap.
Attempt two resulted in ridiculous dance moves
and even more ridiculous stretches mixed with a lot of laughs.
Random nights like these are what I live for.
I’m already on break mode.
I cannot wait to get back home and see my family and friends,
oh and of course to have a awesome HOME COOKED MEAL.
See ya later pizza and pasta, time for something real.

*pics from the blackberry- sorry for the blurs.

Head full of doubt, Road full of promise.

I subscribe to National Geographic online and every week
or so I'm emailed these amazing articles with even more amazing photographs.
They inspire me deeply, but at the same time further convey the emptiness inside me.
I have this unexplainable desire to get out of this gray city and see the world.
I feel trapped within the city walls.
I cannot help but think and dream that there is so much more to life
than what I am finding here, in Minneapolis.
I didn't always realize it at the time, but being abroad
was the freest I have ever felt. I yearn to return to that freedom.
Except now, without the restrictions that bound me to my city last time.
I miss the colors, the landscape, the people, the mountains, the sea,
the sky, the left side of the road, the adventures, the feelings; I miss it all.
I'm restless and want to feel alive again.

Another Celebration.

Let's celebrate remember a year in the life of friends <3
Tonight we had another birthday celebration.
Hallie has her 22nd birthday on Monday so the girls went out in her honor.
Another friend turning 22 only reminds me how fast time flies.
It seems like we were just here celebrating her 21st.
One year. 365 days. 525,600 minutes.
Crazy what can happen in a year.
Some bad, mostly good, but all things changing.
One thing that will never change is the love and devotion I have for my friends & family.
The relationships I build are the most important aspects of my life.
I work hard at keeping and maintaing the ones that prove to be worth it.
I hope you have the happiest of all days on Monday, Halbear.
Can't wait to see where the next year takes us.
Love you! xox
